Which option should I select if I can’t find my specific field?

By clicking the “Others” tab, you can specify more precisely in the order instructions.

The only options are double- or single-spaced, but I need 1.5 spacing – which do I choose?

By selecting either option you can get a paper with 1.5 spacing. Just specify in the order instructions that you need 1.5 spacing and that the page should contain 450 words.

Can the writer offer estimates for the number of pages my paper will need?

Yes. Place an unpaid order first, and we will ask our writers to estimate the total page count so we can determine the final price.

How do I place an order that’s unpaid?

Fill out the form normally and check out, but go back to the previous step – afterwards, contact us with your order ID, and we can handle the rest.

I have a paper that needs to be approved after the writer chooses a topic. Is this possible?

Yes, just please be sure to fully detail the assignment particulars in the order details so the writer can come up with an appropriate topic. Please be sure to mention how long it will take to get the topic approved.

How can I use a discount code?

While we are unable to come up with a topic as an individual service, we can provide a writer after you place an order and clarify the details. You are allowed to tell the writer to come up with their own idea.

Do the writers you provide have the books needed for the paper?

When you place an order, we will make sure if our writers have the books or not. We make sure to assign writers based on if they have access to the books you require.

Is it possible to get a draft?

Are you able to buy a book?

When you log into your account, you can go to My Orders, view the relevant order, and then go to Files where you can browse and upload at your leisure.

How can I download a file?

Simply log in, view your orders, select the one in question, view the Files section and click on the relevant file to download it.

Can I change the email address I gave?

As long as you contact us to let us know about the change, we can perform this task with ease. Simply let us know what the new address is.

Am I able to choose a specific writer?

Yes. If you already have placed an order, you can let us know the specific writer you’d wish you work with, and we can send you a payment link with the additional cost necessary to cover their fee, as well as ask them to apply for your order.

Am I able to send my chosen writer a message?

Yes, simply log into your account, open My Orders, select the specific order, click View, then head to the Messages section to compose your message.

Are my messages private?

The only people that can read the messages are you, our support team, and your writer.

Can I see the progress of my order?

Will the writer contact me if they have any questions?

How do I receive my paper?

Can you deliver me a physical copy?

Unfortunately, we can only email you the finished product. Otherwise it will be waiting in your order page.

Can I get an email copy delivered to me?

As long as you tell us, yes.

If the paper is finished before the deadline, can you send it to me?
